  3. Businesses or corporations who want to offer their employees another creative, collaborative and productive space to get work done efficiently, free of the typical office disruptions. Your employees also get access to other innovators (other members who use the space), and a place to host meetings with other employees off-site.

  4. Event coordinators or speakers who need an affordable place to host business-related event(s), training(s) or seminar(s). Scroll down to “Rent The Mo For Your Event” below.

  5. Organizations looking for a one time event rental. Host a fundraiser, public meeting, open house or ribbon cutting if you don’t have a physical location.

Like the monthly individual membership, this option allows you 24/7 access, the ability to bring in clients for business related meetings, access to the conference room, and access to phone booths so you can step away from the open co-working space to make private calls. You get 24/7 access to the space and can bring in clients for meetings, brainstorm sessions, cocktails, and any other way you can think of to schmooze. Cubicles are located in the open co-working space. Three cubicles available, secondary monitors available in cubicles. Dedicated locker space (with your own lock), fridge storage and free coffee.
